He's a very controlled, rule oriented, business executive. He’s a safe bet. He’s not a risk taker. He’s an overachiever. He fears being broke and out of control. Martin's latest love interest is beneath his social class. Bombarded with his parent’s objections, Martin breaks his norm and decides to follow his heart and marry her.

Kaiden (23) is the love interest that facilitates a positive change in Martin. She is a free-spirited creative. Risk taker. Random and spontaneous. Her confidence and beauty cover the fearful little girl who was once abandoned by her parents. She doesn’t fit in with the norm. She doesn’t mind driving for UBER, because is allows her the freedom to pursue her artistic pursuits.

Junior (29) is the CFO of Knox Manufacturing and Technology. A combination of humility and resentment shadows his existence. He lurks in the shadow of his younger brother who controls and runs the family’s manufacturing company. Openly gay and never openly frowned upon, but Junior knows in the back of his mind that his sexuality disappoints his father.

He is stern, forceful and demanding. He has no apologies and no regrets. Even at 62, he is happily married and still attracts women half his age.

Susan (51) is the other women. Wesley’s former secretary, his mistress, and mother to his heir. She is a strong, passionate woman who fell victim to love. Her life's goals and dreams disappeared under his shadow. She is well-taken care off. She naturally perches her head high as if she was born into the social class she has ascended too.

Miguel(25) is a clerk at the local corner store. While just an employee, he has the work ethic of an owner. He takes such pride in his work that the owner gives him free reign to run the whole store. His sharp wit is his only defense to his short comings. He is not a victim of life, and he will fight to prove it.

Jesus (19) is a college freshman, who feels invisible and overlooked, at times. People often take his kindness for weakness and his silence for agreement. He is struggling to find his place in the world as his manhood is starting to blossom.
